Vacant land - EGG HARBOR CITY, NJ The lot meets the zoning requirements for the TR Town Residential zone. The lot is located within the sewer service area, unknown if there's sanitary sewer infrastructure in the immediate area. The lot also has wetlands on it, based on the mapping from the NJDEP. The roadway in front of the lot is a dirt road and would need to be improved (to the Township standards) to provide safe access to the lot. The lot is buildable from a zoning standpoint, but there are environmental restrictions on the lot and any development would require approval from the Pinelands Commission.
